Doctrinal Statement

The Institute for Faithful Research
Serving God by enriching our view of Him

We believe in one God, who is three equal and eternal persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

We believe that the Bible (both the Old and the New Testament), is the inspired Word of God.

We believe that every member of the human race is made in the image of God.

We believe that humanity is born with a sin nature and is in need of a savior for reconciliation with God.

We believe that through the power of the Holy Spirit Jesus was conceived in the Virgin Mary.

We believe that Jesus has two complete natures (i.e. fully human and fully divine).

We believe that Jesus lived a sinless life and continues to live perfectly.

We believe that as Jesus died on a cross he made a perfect atonement for humankinds' sin.

We believe that God raised Jesus' crucified physical body from the dead. After which Jesus showed Himself to be alive to His disciples and other people.

Through Christ’s life, death, and resurrection we are saved from sin; and we are reconciled to God.

We believe everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ the Son of God and receives Jesus Christ as their savior will be washed, reborn, and renewed by the Holy Spirit gaining eternal life in Christ’s name.
